start with 500 mg per day for first 15-20 days.
As you get comfortable with dose, incearse the amount of dose in stepwise manner to reac upto 2 grams per day max.
if you find your self comfortable & feels that sufficient results have achieved while reaching the dose of 1gm or 1.5gm per day, then there is no need to consume more.
if your weight is more than 75kg, then you can consume more than 2 grams a day. you can consume 3-4 grams as well. There is no side effects for having too much of product. it is a kind of food only, thus do not worry. But, we recommend to control your dose only not be overdependent on this product for better results. try your best to get results in least quantity of product.
